Returning RMA Policy

  1. All products have one year manufacture warranty with parts and labour free starting from our invoice date.

  2. Returning any product to our company, please contact with our sales before.They will handle the RMA.

  3. Product returns, customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Recommend to send by post that provides a tracking number. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the transportation.

  4. We will not accept freight collect when sending defective back to us.

  5. Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.

  6. Products must be properly protected and cushioned. Fragile items recommend to pack in antistatic bags.

  7. Return items must be ship back by all(include the original package,accessories,and item).
